Coriander leaves chutney
Ingredients:
Onion - 2 big size
Red Chilli - 4 nos
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Coconut - 3 to 5 tbsp
Coriander leaves - one bundle
Mint leaves - 20 to 25 nos
Tamarind - little
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
For seasoning:
Mustard-1tsp
Split urad-1tsp
Channa dal-1tsp
red chilli-2 nos
Curry leaves-a few
Oil-as required
Method:
* In a pan add little oil and fry the Cut onions (Cut it as a normal size).
* Add Red Chilli, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and fry it well.
* Then add coconut and fry it for a while in low flame.
* Take out from the stove and keep it aside.
* In the same pan add little oil and fry the coriander leaves and Mint leaves. Fry it until raw small is gone.
* Add into fried onions.
* Add salt and tamarind. Grind it well.
* Fry all the above seasoning things and add into it.
