Chicken 65


Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless, skinless thighs) - 1 lb
Chili powder - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Ginger- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Egg White - 1 Egg
Salt - For taste
Food color (option) - 4 drops (red)
Vegetable Oil for frying


Method :

* First Clean the chicken well.
* Add all the above ingredients along with chicken and marinate it well (atleast an hour)
* Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till they turn golden.
* Serve it with Lemon and washed onion.
